Jae Kim

Jae has been a design specialist and head of sales for CHIR for 6 years. Jae served honorably in the Air Force for 4 years as a loadmaster for aircraft. He completed 2 tours of duty in Afghanistan. As our lead designer, he is the main interface with our clients when they enter the showroom. He will walk you through the design and selection of materials/products needed for your remodel or new home. If we don’t have what you want in our showroom, Jae will find it. His unique skill and personality give our customers confidence that they are getting the best of everything for their project.

Victoria Holland

Victoria is currently a student at Pikes Peak State College, set to graduate in December 2026 with a degree in Interior Design. Growing up in the industry, she spent years helping her father sand and stain cabinets, giving her a hands-on foundation in craftsmanship and design. With a deep appreciation for vintage styles and unique spaces, Victoria believes in prioritizing the client’s personal taste over traditional “resale value.” Her meticulous and thorough approach ensures every detail (from finish selections to space planning and lighting design) is carefully considered. She is also proficient in Revit, allowing her to create detailed drawings and stunning renders of your dream space!

Bob Ormston

Bob is a retired Air Force Officer who found his calling for the remodeling and construction business while moving 13 times in 21 years in the military. He has been owner of Robert Scott General Contractor and Robert Scott Custom Homes for 30 years. When you are constantly moving into and selling homes you get a feel for what makes a home more livable while you are there and more valuable when you have to sell. Having helped design and built 600+ residences and 100s of remodels over the last 30 years in the Colorado Springs Area, he has seen it all and done it all in construction. Practical experience and integrity combine to build strong client relationships and loyalty.

Jeff Hanson

With more than 20 years of residential remodeling experience, Jeff is the CEO of Colorado Home Interiors & Remodeling. Jeff is also an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army. He brings a rare blend of business and technical expertise shaping homes with precision, purpose, and a deep respect for the families who live in them. Through two decades in the industry, Jeff has led hundreds of kitchen, bath, and whole‑home transformations, earning a reputation that homeowners trust. His steady leadership, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to excellence from the first design concept to the final walkthrough is what homeowners have come to expect. Jeff believes a space should tell a story, one of craftsmanship, comfort, and the people who call it theirs.
